Welcome to the Cobourg Union Cemetery
Traditional Burial and Cremation services
The association known as the Cobourg Union Cemetery was created in the year 1869 by a number of Cobourg's Citizens.  More on our History page.

The Cemetery is 35 acres of which 20 are currently in use.  Within our beautiful landscape we offer single, double and triple burial plots.  In addition to our traditional in-ground burials we offer a Columbarium and Memorial Wall for the disposition and memorialization of cremated remains.

The cemetery is operated solely for the benefit of the public and is non-profit. All monies received are employed solely for administration and the benefit of the cemetery under the charge of the Cemetery Trustees or in meeting the needs of the community for further burial space as population increases.

Cobourg Union Cemetery has its own bylaws and is distinct from any other cemetery.
